Remodel and addition of an Existing Two story house in Beverly Hills. The existing ground floor was converted into an ADU, giving the owner an added source of income. Removing interior and exterior walls of the second floor and adding a third story Master Suite gave the main residence a more open and free flowing feel between outside and in. Site improvements included a terraced planter box leading one to the expanded rear patio area with large outdoor and dining area.
